The domain of global artificial intelligence ethical governance has witnessed the emergence of a significant policy wave. In response to the essential requisites and complex circumstances inherent in the ethical governance context，diverse countries and regions are endeavoring to strike a balance between development and governance in congruence with their distinct role orientations. Leveraging international organizations typified by the United Nations as platforms，they are actively involved in international cooperation and the formulation of relevant standards. Through innovative governance modalities，an ethical governance framework is being constructed，with self-regulation assuming the principal role and external regulation serving as a complementary adjunct. As artificial intelligence technologies progress incessantly，nascent ethical governance endeavors will be confronted with more elaborate and arduous challenges.
