Based on the development trend of international communication in the new era，as well as CNS’ exploration and practice in this field，this report analyzes and evaluates the risks and challenges in carrying out international communication，focuses on solving the pain points that the existing communication model can hardly effectively meet the needs of cutting-edge development in the field，deepens theoretical innovation and practical exploration，so as to seek for new ways and provide references for promoting the high-quality development of international communication cause in the new era. With a historical perspective and international vision，this report focuses on CNS’ effective and successful innovative practices as well as theoretical researches in carrying out international communication under the guidance of upholding fundamental principles and breaking new ground，by adopting methodologies of overseas communication data evaluation and discourse content analysis.
