新闻传播事业作为文化事业的重要组成部分，在服务国家外交层面具有不可替代的价值。中外媒体的交流合作不仅有助于在百年未有之大变局中提升中国的国际话语权，还能促进中外人民的民心相通，推动全人类命运共同体的建设发展。本文从人员交流、内容合作、平台联动、资本互利四个方面描述了中外媒体交流合作的现状，针对中外媒体交流合作目前的不足，从建立系统的合作机制、创新合作方式、弥合数字鸿沟、改善舆论环境等方面阐述中外媒体合作未来发展的路径。
As an important part of cultural undertakings，journalism and communication has irreplaceable value in serving national diplomacy. The exchange and cooperation between Chinese and foreign media will not only help enhance China’s international discourse power in the midst of major changes unseen in a century，but also promote people-to-people ties between Chinese and foreign peoples，and promote the construction and development of a community with a shared future for all mankind. This paper describes the current situation of Chinese and foreign media exchanges and cooperation from four aspects：personnel exchange，content cooperation，platform linkage，and mutual benefit of capital，and expounds the thinking on the future development of Chinese and foreign media cooperation from the aspects of systematic cooperation mechanism，innovative cooperation methods，bridging the digital divide，and improving the public opinion environment.
