However，the rapid development of digital platform enterprises has put forward new requirements for platform governance，which not only has a certain impact on the existing system，but also brings new challenges such as the data governance，the network security and the personal information protection. The report analyzes the development trends and governance characteristics of digital platform between nation and abroad，and points out the difficulties and challenges currently faced by the governance of digital platform in China.
