In the context of the new productive forces，China’s cross-border e-commerce industry has experienced rapid growth，injecting new vitality into the cultivation of international cross-border e-commerce talent and raising higher demands. However，there are some shortcomings in the international talent training of cross-border e-commerce in China that need to be paid attention to and solved. The report takes Global（Zhengzhou）Cross-Border E-Commerce Research Institute as an example to discuss its practices and innovative measures in cultivating international talents for cross-border e-commerce. The college relies on local industrial advantages to build a “four in one” talent training “highland”，covering four platforms of the professional construction，the research institutes，the sino-foreign cooperative colleges，and the communities. It deepens the integration of industry and education，and innovates the mode of talent cultivation. At the same time，the college takes system construction as the key，collaborating with multiple entities for innovation，strengthening the scientific and technological innovation services，expanding the international cooperation，and creating a “high-rise” for international talent cultivation in cross-border e-commerce. We have comprehensively improved the level of talent cultivation，achieved the integration and coordinated development of education and industry，and formed a unique “Zhengzhou model” through measures such as “five transformations，” “two optimizations，” and “one improvement”. It provides important reference for cultivating new driving forces for economic development and promoting “vocational education going overseas，” and has demonstrative significance for the international talent cultivation of cross-border e-commerce for other vocational colleges.
