平舆紧抓沿海产业转移机遇，建成户外休闲用品国家外贸转型升级基地和中部最大的户外休闲用品产业基地。本文在梳理全球户外休闲用品产业发展概况的基础上，认为平舆县户外休闲用品产业发展势头强劲，主要得益于物流渠道畅通、营商环境优越、产业基础完善、招商渠道多元化、智能制造数字化、人力资源保障充足、创新与品牌化提升、销售渠道多样化的完备产业环境。但平舆户外休闲用品产业也存在出口模式单一、线上化转型不足、专业人才匮乏等问题，亟须从加大新业态支持力度、整合共享服务资源、促进绿色经济发展、建设跨境电商人才队伍等方面着手，赋能产业高质量发展。

Based on the overview of the development of the global outdoor leisure products industry，the report supposes that the outdoor leisure products industry in Pingyu has a strong development momentum，mainly due to the smooth logistics channels，the superior business environment，the complete industrial foundation，the diversified investment channels，the intelligent manufacturing，the sufficient human resources，the innovation and brand enhancement，and the diversified sales channels in a complete industrial environment. However，Pingyu outdoor leisure products industry also has problems such as a single export model，the insufficient online transformation，and a shortage of professional talents. It is urgent to increase support for new business models，integrating the service resources，promoting the development of green economy，and building the team of cross-border e-commerce talents to enable the high-quality development of the industry.
