In recent years，the overall scale of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province has grown from small to large，and then to excellent，becoming an important manifestation and a carrier of the new quality productive forces in foreign trade. Studying how the new quality productive forces can promote the high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province is an important part of promoting the cultivation of new quality productive forces and the high-quality development of an export-oriented economy in Henan Province in the new stage. It has a great significance for enhancing the competitiveness and influence of Henan province in global trade，and promoting the construction of an inland institutional system. The report summarizes and elaborates on the logical relationship between the cross-border e-commerce and the new quality productive forces，comprehensively analyzes the current situation，opportunities and challenges of the development of cross-border e-commerce in Henan Province，and finally proposes that the new quality productive forces should be taken as the core driving force，and making efforts to help Henan’s cross-border e-commerce achieve the “advantage reconstruction” and the high-quality development.
