本报告回顾了中国边疆民族地区开展国际传播的历史与现状，聚焦边疆民族地区在中国与周边国家交流中的桥梁作用，以提升中国国际传播质量。报告深入分析传播结构、内容和形式，总结了多元叙事、文化共情、融合创新等特点，探讨当前传播成效与挑战，并针对传播渠道局限、文化差异与内容同质化问题，提出拓展渠道、强化协同和创新内容生产的建议，以期推动中国边疆民族地区国际传播走向更深层次和更广领域。
This report provides a comprehensive review of the history and current status of international communication in China’s ethnic minority border regions，with a particular focus on the role these areas play as bridges in facilitating exchanges between China and its neighboring countries. The aim is to enhance the quality of China’s international communication efforts. The report offers an in-depth analysis of the communication structure，content，and formats in these regions，identifying key features such as diverse narratives，cultural empathy，and integrated innovation. It further explores the achievements and challenges of current communication practices and presents recommendations for expanding communication channels，strengthening collaboration，and innovating content production. These suggestions address the limitations posed by communication barriers，cultural differences，and content homogeneity，with the goal of advancing the international communication efforts of China’s ethnic minority border regions to a deeper and broader level.
