2021～2022年，叙利亚总体政治形势趋于稳定，这为叙利亚政府推进经济重建工作创造了一定条件，但叙利亚国家重建进程仍面临着错综复杂的内外挑战，国家整合、经济重建、安全秩序构建、人道主义援助等议题面临多重外部挑战，美西方对叙利亚持续的高压胁迫与制裁政策，使叙利亚经济处于停滞状态，致使社会民生发展、人道主义援助等工作陷入更深的困境。在中东地区和解浪潮大趋势下，叙利亚问题政治解决进程正在迎来新的机遇，虽然距离最终和平的实现尚有不小距离，但安全、稳定、和解等积极因素正在增加，这将为叙利亚问题政治解决方案创造更多有利条件。
From 2021 to 2022，the overall situation in Syria tends to be stable，which creates certain conditions for the Syrian government to promote economic reconstruction. However，the Syria reconstruction process still faces intricate internal and external challenges. Humanitarian aid and other problems are facing heavy external pressure. If the United States and the West maintain high-pressure coercion and sanctions against Syria，it is likely that Syria will fall into a long-term economic stagnation，making it difficult for Syria’s economic and social development and humanitarian assistance. Under the general trend of reconciliation in the Middle East，the political settlement process of the Syrian problem is ushering in new opportunities. Although there is still a long way to go before the realization of final peace，positive factors such as security，stability and reconciliation are converging and increasing. A reasonable solution to the Syrian problem will create more favorable conditions.
