This paper explores the practices and experiences of the ZGC Global High-Level Think Tank Alliance（ZGCTA）in multilateral exchange and cooperation. Through the multilateral exchange and cooperation mechanism，ZGCTA has brought together high-quality think tank resources from both domestic and international sources，promoting resource sharing，collaborative exchanges，and cultural interactions among different countries and regions. The article highlights that think tanks play a crucial role in promoting scientific decision-making，serving social development，and fostering cultural exchanges. Furthermore，the article proposes suggestions such as building an international cooperation network，promoting knowledge and talent exchanges，advancing multilateral dialogues and policy influence，and using modern information technology and innovative tools. Since its establishment，ZGCTA has accumulated rich experience in promoting multilateral exchange and cooperation，which has provided valuable inspiration for other think tanks.
