国际组织是建构全球创新网络的重要主体之一。本研究通过实地走访、文献调研等方法，分析总结“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟（ANSO）融入全球创新网络的实践和模式，为北京建设国际科技创新中心提供借鉴。研究发现，ANSO通过不断吸纳“一带一路”优质科研创新机构、支持国家间联合研究、设立奖学金和访问学者计划、搭建国际科技创新平台等模式积极融入全球创新网络。基于此，本文提出北京应立足现有资源优势，通过扩展朋友圈、联合研究、搭建国际创新平台等方式汇集各种优势资源要素，将北京打造成全球创新网络关键节点。
International organizations are one of the important entities in buildinging global innovation networks. Through field visits，literature research and other methods，this study analyzes and summarizes the practice and model of the Alliance of National and International Science Organizations for the Belt and Road Regions（ANSO）for intergrating into a global innovation network，in order to provide reference for Beijing. It is found that ANSO intergrates into a global innovation network by actively absorbing high-quality scientific research and innovation institutions from countries along the “the Belt and Road”，supporting international joint research，establishing scholarships and visiting scholar funding，and building an international scientific and technological innovation platform. Based on this，the study suggests that Beijing should leverage its existing resource advantages，gather various advantageous resource by expanding its circle of friends，conducting joint research，and building international innovation platforms，in order to establish Beijing as a key node in the global innovation network.
