国际科技组织是国际技术标准和规则制定的引领者，也是全球科技创新议题的设置者。北京国际科技组织起步较晚，在数量、规模和影响力等方面与欧美科技强国的重点城市仍存在一定差距。北京应借鉴欧美国际科技组织的发展经验，立足现有资源优势，锚定前沿技术领域，错位发展优势学科，同时创新国际科技组织的管理和运营，优化国际科技组织的发展环境，推动国际科技组织健康有序发展。
International scientific and technological organizations are leaders in setting international technical standards and rules，as well as setters of global scientific and technological innovation agendas. Beijing’s international scientific and technological organizations started relatively late，and there is still a certain gap in terms of quantity，scale，and influence compared to cities in Europe and the United States. Beijing should draw on the development experience of European and American international scientific and technological organizations，leverage its existing resource advantages，target cutting-edge technological fields，and develop advantageous disciplines in a differentiated approaches. At the same time，Beijing should innovate the management and operation of international scientific and technological organizations，optimize their development environment，and promote the healthy and orderly development of international scientific and technological organizations.
