At present，there are still problems such as uneven resource allocation，imperfect cooperation mechanisms，cross-cultural adaptation difficulties，and challenges in talent return and achievement transformation in the process of Beijing’s international joint training of scientific and technological talents. This paper focuses on the joint training path of Beijing’s international scientific and technological innovation talents. The aim is to summarize the current joint training model for Beijing’s scientific and technological talents by analyzing the current situation of Beijing’s scientific and technological innovation talents，Beijing’s scientific and technological talent training plans and their effectiveness，the Beijing municipal government’s support policies for talent training，and the situation of Beijing’s international scientific and technological cooperation. This paper proposes suggestions such as optimizing resource allocation，strengthening cross-cultural adaptation support，deepening international cooperation mechanisms，and improving the policy support system，in order to build a more efficient and collaborative international scientific and technological talent training ecosystem.
