Continued to expand the spillover effect of duty-free brands on outlying islands，and innovated to support the high-quality development of Boao Lecheng Pilot Zone. At the same time，the trade development of Hainan Free Trade Port has increased in quantity and quality，has become an important engine driving economic growth. Trade imports and exports maintained double-digit growth for three consecutive years，and the outward orientation of the economy further increased to 36.7%. The volume of imports and exports of goods reached a record high，the number of trading entities increased rapidly. The growth of the import and export scale of service trade is much higher than the national growth rate，and the contribution to the steady scale of foreign trade has been further improved，and the development of transportation services，commercial services and maintenance services has been brilliant，demonstrating the economic resilience of the development of foreign trade in Hainan Province.
