“一带一路”倡议提出十年来，中非职业教育合作政策导向清晰，合作内容不断拓展深入，“产教融合”模式突出，影响力不断提升。从百年未有之大变局以及中非发展的现实看，中非职业教育合作面临着一些新的问题与机遇。为更好地落实《中非人才培养合作计划》、对接非盟《2063年议程：第二个十年实施计划（2024—2033年）》，中非职业教育合作需要在合作机制创新、合作质量提升和能力建设强化等方面优化路径，以有效应对发展需求，助力“中非命运共同体”构建。
In the ten years since the proposal of the “Belt and Road” initiative，China-Africa’s TVET cooperation has presented various features，including transparent policy，expanded and deepened contents，the combination of “industrial and educational cooperation”，as well as the constantly increased influences. From the great changes unseen in a century and the reality of China-Africa development，China-Africa’s TVET cooperation faces new opportunities and challenges. In order to effectively promote the implementation of the Plan for China-Africa Cooperation on Talent Development and Agenda 2063：Second Ten-Year Implementation Plan（2024-2033），The planning for paths-optimization should be conducted during China-Africa cooperation，in terms of the innovation of cooperation mechanisms，improvement of cooperation quality，and strengthening of capacity building，etc.，so as to effectively respond to development needs and facilitate the building of a “China-Africa community with a shared future”.
