国际生态合作对于应对气候变化、加快绿色转型、提升国际竞争力具有重要作用。目前，北京在国际生态合作方面具有重视政策引导、涉及领域多元化、合作方式多样化、合作成效显著的特点。但值得注意的是，目前北京国际生态合作仍存在合作的广度和深度不足、参与国际规则制定能力有限、技术创新与应用后劲不足等问题。为应对上述问题，北京需要明确新时期开展国际生态合作的重点任务、健全政策法规和配套衔接机制、提高北京国际生态合作能力、完善绿色技术创新产业链、加强复合型人才队伍建设。从而进一步推动北京国际生态合作，共商绿色发展。
International ecological cooperation plays an important role in addressing climate change，accelerating green transformation and enhancing international competitiveness. At present，Beijing’s international cooperation is characterized by the importance it attaches to policy guidance，the diversification of international eco-cooperation fields，the wide range of international eco-cooperation methods，and the remarkable results of cooperation. However，it is worth noting that Beijing’s international eco-cooperation is still characterized by insufficient breadth and depth of cooperation，limited ability to participate in the formulation of international regulations，and insufficient momentum in technological innovation and application. To cope with the above problems，Beijing needs to clarify the key tasks of international ecological cooperation in the new period，improve policies，regulations and supporting mechanisms，enhance the capacity of Beijing’s international ecological cooperation，strengthen the construction of the green technology innovation industry chain，and pay attention to the construction of a composite talent team. In this way，Beijing can further promote international ecological cooperation and discuss green development.
