The cultivation，improvement and smooth operation of the data element market are directly related to the effective release of data element value and the healthy development of the digital economy. As the core area of China’s digital economy development，the compliance governance of Beijing’s data element market has profound significance for promoting high-quality development of the capital economy. Taking Beijing’s data factor market as the research object，this paper starts from the relevant concepts of data factor market，discusses the connotation of data factors and data factor market，and the development status of data factor market，which is continuously expanding in scale，improving in infrastructure，and progressing in data openness and sharing.
