近年来，北京的外贸规模不断扩大，“新三样”产品出口强劲，既成为北京外贸高质量发展的新动能，又推动北京产业结构优化升级与经济可持续发展。北京的对外开放同时面临重大机遇与严峻挑战：一方面，创新驱动北京智能化水平不断提高、“一带一路”倡议等国际合作与国内区域经济一体化为北京产业结构升级带来新机遇；另一方面，北京也面临世界经济复苏乏力导致全球需求下降、一些国家本土供应链保护政策带来“新三样”外贸出口不确定性等风险。因此，北京在推动产业结构升级时，要持续自主创新，研发高精尖产品，积极开拓国内外市场，并优化供应链布局，从而建设现代化产业体系。
In recent years，the scale of foreign trade in Beijing has been continuously expanding，and the export of “new trio” has been strong，releasing new energy for foreign trade and promoting high-quality development of Beijing’s foreign trade. The export of “new trio” has also promoted the optimization and upgrading of Beijing’s industrial structure and sustainable economic development. The “new trio” also face opportunities and challenges when promoting the upgrading of Beijing’s industrial structure. Innovation drives the continuous improvement of Beijing’s intelligent level，international cooperation such as the “the Belt and Road” initiative and domestic regional economic integration have brought opportunities for Beijing’s industrial structure upgrading. However，it also faces risks such as the decline of global demand caused by the weak recovery of the world economy，and the uncertainty of goods exports caused by the local supply chain protection policies of some countries. Therefore，when promoting industrial structure upgrading in the Beijing region，it is necessary to strengthen independent innovation，seize historical opportunities，actively explore domestic and foreign markets，and optimize supply chain layout，in order to build a modern industrial system.
