北京市作为国家政治中心、文化中心、国际交往中心与科技创新中心，在“一带一路”倡议下的“五通”政策和“新领域合作”中发挥重要作用，并在共建“一带一路”中取得显著成效。构建反映北京市“五通+新领域合作”总体表现的指标体系，并对其进行分析，结果显示：北京市与相关经济体的“五通+新领域合作”呈现稳定发展态势，且体现出强大韧性。其中，在贸易畅通、资金融通、“新领域合作”三个方面表现良好，在政策沟通、民心相通、设施联通三个方面存在进一步优化的空间。着眼未来，北京市应坚持“五子”联动，深化货物贸易、服务贸易、科技创新、文化交流等方面的合作，助力“一带一路”高质量发展。
As the political，cultural，international communication，and technological innovation center of China，Beijing City plays a crucial role in the “Five-Pronged Approach” and cooperation in new areas under the Belt and Road Initiative，achieving remarkable results in the co-construction of the Initiative. By constructing a comprehensive index reflecting Beijing’s overall performance in “Five-Pronged Approach and Cooperation in New Areas”，the research results indicate that the degree of “Five-Pronged Approach and Cooperation in New Areas” between Beijing and related economies shows a stable development trend，with an overall positive and resilient trajectory. Notably，cooperation in trade connectivity，financial integration，and new areas of cooperation is steadily improving，while there is room for further optimization in policy coordination，people communication，and infrastructure connectivity. In the future，it is suggested that Beijing adhere to the ‘Five Interactions’ strategy，intensifying efforts in trade in goods and services，technological innovation cooperation，and cultural communication to contribute to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
