In June 2023，China took the lead in piloting the integration of international high standard economic and trade rules in qualified free trade zones such as Beijing and Hainan Free Trade Port，steadily expanding institutional opening-up. Over the past year，Beijing Free Trade Zone has taken advantage of the situation and accelerated the implementation of various pilot measures in various aspects such as improving the level of opening up to the outside world，promoting trade facilitation，optimizing the business environment，and strengthening talent introduction，exploring the formation of more replicable and promotable “Beijing experiences”. At the same time，in the face of the continuously deepening international complex environment，the Beijing Free Trade Zone will still face many challenges in the optimization of internal and external collaborative management mechanisms，the uncertainty impact of international complex factors，and the pressure of institutional innovation under the reconstruction of international economic and trade rules.
