2022年2月俄乌冲突引发的难民危机已成为二战结束以来欧洲面临的最为严重的难民危机。许多中东欧国家都在短时间内接收了大量乌克兰难民。本报告以接收乌克兰难民较多的几个中东欧国家为例，从中东欧国家的乌克兰难民特征，中东欧国家对乌克兰难民的政策、态度以及乌克兰难民危机对中东欧国家造成的影响等四个方面介绍中东欧国家的乌克兰难民危机。随着俄乌冲突的持续，中东欧国家在应对乌克兰难民危机的同时需要克服诸多挑战。各国应从自身国情出发，适时调整应对措施，以免引发更大的危机。
The Russia-Ukraine Conflict in February 2022 sparked a refugee crisis in Europe，which has now become the most severe one since World War II. Many Central and Eastern European（CEE）countries have experienced a sudden influx of Ukrainian refugees. This report focuses on several CEE countries that have received a significant number of Ukrainian refugees. It examines the characteristics of these refugees，the policies and attitudes of the CEE countries towards them，and the impact of the crisis on these countries. As the Russia-Ukraine Conflict continues，CEE countries face various challenges in handling the refugee crisis. It is crucial for each country to adjust their responses promptly，considering their own circumstances，in order to prevent the situation from worsening.
