2022～2023年，佛得角国内政局稳定，两大主要政党完成党内选举。疫情后经济实现快速复苏，2022年GDP同比增长17.7%；年通胀率达到7.9%，是过去20年来最高水平；公共债务存量占GDP比重大幅下降，但仍高于疫情前水平；对外贸易规模同比增长25.4%，贸易逆差明显。各项社会发展指标排在非洲前列，失业率和贫困率明显下降，公共卫生服务水平不断提高，在抗击新冠疫情和疟疾方面取得积极成效。中佛关系方面，两国在农业、教育、海洋经济等领域合作持续深化，为中佛关系发展注入新动力。
De 2022 a 2023，o ambiente político de Cabo Verde manteve-se estável. Foram realizadas as eleições intrapartidárias de dois partidos políticos principais. A economia recuperou-se rapidamente dos efeitos da pandemia. O PIB de Cabo Verde cresceu 17，7% em 2022. A taxa de inflação anual atingiu 7，9%，o nível mais alto nas últimas duas décadas. A proporção da dívida pública no PIB caiu significativamente，mas ainda superior ao nível anterior à pandemia. O volume de importações e exportações aumentou 25，4% e o déficit comercial foi óbvio. Vários indicadores de desenvolvimento social do país alcançaram altas pontuações entre os países africanos，com um declínio considerável da taxa de desemprego e da taxa de pobreza. O nível dos serviços de saúde pública continuou a melhorar e os resultados positivos foram alcançados na luta contra a pandemia de COVID-19 e a malária. Em termos do relacionamento entre a China e Cabo Verde，os dois países aprofundaram a sua cooperação em agricultura，educação，economia oceânica e outros campos，injetando novo ímpeto no desenvolvimento das relações China-Cabo Verde.
From 2022 to 2023，the political environment of Cape Verde maintained stable，and intra-party elections of two principal political parties were held. The economy recovered rapidly from the effects of the pandemic，with GDP of Cape Verde growing by 17.7% in 2022. The annual inflation rate has reached 7.9%，the highest level in the past two decades. The proportion of public debt in GDP dropped significantly，but still higher than the level before the pandemic. The volume of imports and exports increased by 25.4%，and the trade deficit was obvious. Various social development indicators achieved high scores among the African countries，with the considerable decline of the unemployment rate and poverty rate. The level of public health services continued to improve and positive results have been achieved in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and malaria. In terms of the relationship between China and Cape Verde，the two countries have deepened their cooperation in agriculture，education，ocean economy and other fields，injecting new impetus into the development of China-Cape Verde relations.
