人工智能技术的发展正在重塑“数字城市”和“智慧城市”的内涵与外延，也将成为城市数字经济竞争力的主要内容。基于最新数据，本报告针对全球30个大城市在数字基础和治理、数字人才、数字创新三个方面的表现，评测城市相对的数字经济竞争力水平，其中纽约、伦敦和波士顿位列前三。将波士顿、巴黎、迪拜和新加坡四座城市在智能交通、数字孪生、国家AI战略和数字治理方面的实践作为样板进行案例分析，并对AI在城市数字经济竞争力方面的影响作出竞争性分析。
The development of artificial intelligence technology is reshaping the connotation and extension of “digital city” and “smart city”，and it will also become the main content of urban digital competitiveness. Based on the latest data，the performance of 30 big cities in the world in three aspects：digital infrastructure and governance，digital talents and digital innovation is ranked，and the relative digital competitiveness level of cities is ranked. Among them，new york，London and Boston ranked in the top three. Taking the practices of Boston，Paris，Singapore and Dubai in intelligent transportation，digital twinning，national AI strategy and digital governance as examples，this paper makes a case analysis. Finally，it makes a competitive analysis of the influence of AI on urban digital competitiveness.
