Based on its geographical and technological advantages，Shanghai has made many achievements in infrastructure construction，economic and trade，and innovation of financial rules and standards in Southeast Asian countries in 2023. In the future，it is necessary for Shanghai to continue supporting enterprises in carrying out international rule and standard innovation，transforming existing scientific research advantages into rule and standard innovation advantages，and benchmarking international advanced rule and standard，and improving the mechanism for tracking and transforming international standards. In addition，it is necessary for Shanghai to promote rule and standard innovation based on the characteristics of Southeast Asian market demand，industry development trends，and standard requirements.
