“The Belt and Road Initiatives” are not only a platform for economic co-operation and development，but also an important way to build a community with a shared future for mankind. As the Initiatives is deeply implemented，China’s cooperation with other developing countries involved in the initiatives has been continuously strengthened in areas such as promoting trade and investment liberalization，enhancing infrastructure construction，and deepening scientific，technological，and cultural exchanges. This not only advances the modernization of industrial systems in the countries involved in “the Belt and Road Initiatives” but also helps to optimize China’s capacity structure and diversify industrial chain risks，thereby promoting the modernization of China’s industrial systems. Shanghai，as a bridgehead in “the Belt and Road Initiatives”，has formulated a series of action plans to serve the Initiatives，actively integrating into the construction and strengthening cooperation with other developing countries involved in “the Belt and Road Initiatives”. Significant achievements have been made in unimpeded trade，financial integration，strengthened people-to-people ties，infrastructure connectivity，and policy coordination. This is not only conducive to further enhancing Shanghai’s comprehensive service functions and developing a higher level of open economy but also helps to promote the modernization of China’s industrial systems，enabling better participation in global competition and cooperation.
