The Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform has injected strong impetus into institutional innovation，industrial synergy and international exchanges，and is also brought and important opportunities for promoting high-quality outbound investment in Beijing. Therefore，this report studies how the Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform can promote high-quality outbound investment in Beijing. Firstly，The report summarizes the strategic positioning of the Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform and its strategic fit with Beijing’s outbound investment；Secondly，it explores the mechanisms by which the Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform can promote high-quality outbound investment in Beijing，including driving synergy between domestic and foreign markets，achieving policy and information interaction，promoting the spillover effect of technology，optimizing financial service models，and accelerating the aggregation of data resources；Thirdly，it focuses on the achievements of the Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform in promoting high-quality outbound investment in Beijing，including the achievements of Beijing’s outward non-financial direct investment，Beijing’s outbound contracting and subcontracting，the achievements of Beijing’s establishment of overseas enterprises，and an analysis of the regional，field，and entity situation of Beijing’s outbound investment；Finally，based on the above analysis，it puts forward prospects and suggestions for promoting high-quality outbound investment in Beijing through the Beijing’s “Two Zones” platform.
