Based on the investment case of Tsingshan Industrial Park in Morowali，Indonesia，this report discusses the issue of China-Indonesia industrial mutual benefit cooperation. The report analyzes that there are complementary advantages between China and Indonesia in terms of capital，technology，resources，and labor. Tsingshan Industrial Park combines the strengths of both sides，promotes the extension of Indonesia’s nickel resource industry chain，technological upgrading，job creation，and the connection with China’s industrial resources，reflecting the joint improvement of industrial competitiveness under the integration of resources and market complementarity between the two countries. This includes the integration of Indonesia’s mineral and human resource advantages with China’s technological advantages；the combination of the Chinese market with the outward extension needs of Indonesia’s resource industry chain；and the optimization of Chinese enterprises going global and international division of labor.
