This report comprehensively analyzes the achievements and major challenges faced by Indonesia in economic and social development since 2023，as well as the situation of China-Indonesia cooperation and exchanges. Economically，Indonesia’s national economy has maintained a moderate growth，but the growth rate has slowed down slightly；the regional and industrial momentum of economic growth has changed，with the service industry and resource-based industry becoming the current main drivers of economic growth. The financial system is generally stable and a stable monetary policy has been implemented. In terms of foreign trade，Indonesia maintains a trade surplus，but the concentration of trade has increased，and the pressure of exports is difficult to eliminate in the short term；to maintain trade balance，the Indonesian government has adopted more non-tariff import control measures. In terms of national governance，the Indonesian government continues to implement reform measures to improve government efficiency，strive to eradicate corruption，and promote the construction of the legal system. In the political process，Prabowo won the presidential election by waving the banner of Jokowi；the government strives to enhance its ability to respond to separatism and extremism and promotes the resolution of historical issues. In terms of social and human development，progress has been made in people’s livelihood and public infrastructure construction，but human capital development still faces many challenges；China-Indonesia cultural and educational exchanges continue to deepen，and a series of new achievements have been made in areas such as youth，education，science，technology and religion.
