本文以官方统计数据和实际调查数据为基础，对我国医学人工智能科研资金投入、科研课题立项方面进行统计与综合评价，分析我国在医学人工智能领域的科技投入现状。同时本文以高等院校、科研机构和企业技术力量为研究对象，从科技论文产出和专利产出两个角度统计分析当前我国医学人工智能领域的科技产出情况。并结合科研投入和产出现状分析，建立我国医学院校和相关科研机构的医学人工智能科技投入和产出分析模型。此外，本文对在我国医学人工智能领域具有重大影响力的科技成果，以及人才培养与学科建设情况进行了统计分析。综合反映了我国在医学人工智能领域的科技发展和人才培养现状。
Based on official statistical data and actual survey data，this paper makes a statistics and comprehensive evaluation on the input of medical artificial intelligence research funds and undertaking related research projects，and analyses the current situation of scientific and technological input in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China. At the same time，taking the technical strength of universities，scientific research institutions and enterprises as the research objects，this paper statistical analyses the scientific and technological output ability in the field of the current medical artificial intelligence from the perspectives of academic papers output and patent output. Combining with the analysis of the current situation of medical artificial intelligence research input and output，this paper established the input and output analysis model of medical artificial intelligence technology in medical colleges and related research institutions in China. In addition，this paper makes a statistical analysis of the scientific and technological achievements with great influence，as well as the situation of talent cultivation and discipline construction in the field of medical artificial intelligence. To sum up，this comprehensively reflects the current situation of science and technology development and talent training in medical artificial intelligence field in China.
