全球人工智能技术，正在逐步向医疗领域各类场景渗透，“精神健康管理”是其中重要的细分部分之一。人工智能技术在精神心理健康领域中，在流行病学研究、临床诊断、评估量表、治疗、健康交流、科学研究等场景中的应用已取得突破。我们预计人工智能技术在精神心理健康的应用未来将会越来越深入，越来越广泛。本研究结合实际情况以及对国内外相关文献、核心期刊及专著、专利技术、新闻媒体报道、国家政策法规等公开资料的研究，分析总结出人工智能适用于精神心理健康方面的技术路线和临床应用场景，为远程诊疗奠定基础，可以协助解决边远地区居民的精神心理健康的就医问题。我们可以通过智能系统，得到全市经济能力低下肇事风险高的患者信息，建立快速反应对其进行再评估和诊断，帮助患者早期治疗，加强跟踪等。人工智能应用后，将有助于人们对于精神疾病的认知，间接降低患者社区肇事率。
