随着人工智能技术的快速发展及应用，语音识别技术越来越多的应用在医疗卫生领域。本文采用文献调研、对医疗机构用户的问卷调查以及对重点研究对象的访谈的方法，研究语音识别技术在电子病历中的典型应用及价值。首先，本文总结目前医疗临床领域语音识别技术的应用现状。其次，评估适用语音识别技术典型应用场景及价值，并分析各种语音识别技术和适用方法的利弊。最后，归纳分析语音识别技术推广需要解决的政策、技术和市场问题，给出语音识别在医疗临床应用中不断优化的思路和方向，为医疗卫生主管部门决策及制定政策提供数据支撑和依据。总的来讲，提高语音识别准确率、满足现场业务的个性化使用要求及语音识别在医疗临床领域中的深度应用，将是未来应重点关注的研究方向。
With the rapid development and application of artificial intelligence technology，speech recognition technology is widly used in the medical and health field. Using the methods of literature research，uestionnaire survey on users of medical institutions and interviews with key research objects，this paper mainly studies the typical application and value of speech recognition technology in the electronic medical record. Firstly，it summarizes the current application status of speech recognition technology in the medical clinical field. Secondly，this paper evaluates the typical application scenarios and values of speech recognition，analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various speech recognition technologies and applicable methods. Finally，it sums up and analyzes the policy，technology and market problems that need to be solved in the promotion of speech recognition to give the idea and direction of continuous optimization of speech recognition in medical clinical application. Generally，improving the accuracy of speech recognition and meeting the requirements of personalized use of on-site business and the in-depth application of speech recognition in the medical clinical field will be the research direction that should be focused on in the future.
