中国煤炭产业成功实现绿色低碳、节能高效、安全智能化的转型升级，不仅是我国完成“双碳”目标的关键，对全球气候环境目标的达成也有深远影响。20世纪90年代起，中国开始大力推进煤炭产业的转型升级，取得重大突破和长足进步。本文首先对我国助推煤炭产业转型的重要政策规划进行系统总结回顾，逐一分析政策规划中指导我国煤炭产业转型的具体指标，然后归纳总结中国煤炭产业转型的进展和问题，并对“双碳”目标下中国煤炭产业转型的前景进行消费预测和技术升级展望，最后在前述研究基础上，提出我国继续完成煤炭产业转型升级的路径举措。
The green，low-carbon，energy-saving，efficient，safe，and intelligent transformation of China’s coal industry is not only an important aspect of achieving China’s “dual carbon” goals，but also has a profound impact on the realization of global climate and environmental goals. In the 1990s，China began to accelerate the transformation of its coal industry and made significant breakthroughs and progress. This article first systematically summarizes and reviews the important policy plans for the transformation of the coal industry，and then evaluates the transformation of China’s coal industry through specific indicators. It analyzes the current problems and difficulties in the transformation of China’s coal industry and provides prospects for the future consumption and technological innovation of the coal industry. Finally，a path was proposed to achieve the successful transformation of China’s coal industry.
