统筹能源安全供应稳定和绿色低碳发展需要加快建设新型能源体系，在此过程中充分发挥绿色金融的支撑作用，有望保障和加速新型能源体系建设进程。本文首先分析了新型能源体系建设的政策进展及由此引发的绿色金融支持导向，并梳理了绿色金融支持现状。其次分别立足能源视角、金融视角、产融对接视角以及人才培育视角，剖析绿色金融支持新型能源体系发展的难点。最后以解决发展难点为目标，针对性提出绿色金融支持新型能源体系发展的对策建议：一是完善相关制度，为金融支持新型能源体系建设夯实基础；二是深化绿色金融顶层设计，为新型能源体系建设提供金融政策和标准支持；三是加强绿色金融产品创新，促进新能源细分领域产融对接；四是加强人才建设，提升金融服务新型能源体系的整体水平。
Balancing the need for secure and stable energy supply with green and low-carbon development requires accelerating the construction of new energy system. In this process，fully leveraging the role of green finance can ensure and expedite the development of new energy system. This paper first analyzes the policy progress in the construction of the new energy system and the resulting direction of green finance support，as well as the current state of green finance. Then，it examines the challenges of green finance in supporting the development of the new energy system from the perspectives of energy，finance，industry-finance integration，and talent cultivation. Finally，to address these challenges，the paper proposes targeted policy and operational recommendations to enhance the role of green finance in the development of the new energy system.
