本报告详细评价了2024年度中国城市的可持续发展表现，并精选了部分表现优秀的城市进行展示。依据中国可持续发展指标体系（CSDIS）对其进行详细分析，2024年度，位于东部沿海和首都都市圈经济发达的城市仍然表现出较高的可持续发展水平。本报告基于中国可持续发展指标体系的经济发展、社会民生、资源环境、消耗排放和环境治理五大类指标进行分析，揭示了中国大中城市可持续发展水平的整体情况及均衡情况。总体来看，城市可持续发展五大类指标发展不同步，显著不均衡的现象依然存在，在追求经济发展的同时，城市应该关注社会民生和环境治理等多个领域的发展，提高城市的可持续发展均衡程度，更好地实现城市的可持续发展。
This report empirically evaluates the sustainability performance of 110 Chinese cities using the China Sustainable Development Index System（CSDIS），and features more in-depth discussion of several top performing cities. The 2024 top 10 cities in urban sustainability performance are：Zhuhai，Qingdao，Hangzhou，Guangzhou，Beijing，Shanghai，Nanjing，Wuxi，Changsha and Hefei. Zhuhai returns to the top of overall sustainable development after 2020. The economically developed cities located on the eastern coast and the capital metropolitan area still exhibit a high level of sustainable development. The analysis of the five categories of urban sustainability-economic development，social welfare and livelihood，environmental resource，consumptions and emissions，and environmental management-reveals the prevailing unbalanced development of China’s large and medium-sized cities. While pursuing economic development，cities should pay attention to the development of social welfare and environmental management，improve the balance of urban sustainable development，and better realize the sustainable development of cities.
