The urgency of global response to climate change is increasing，and China is working to achieve “carbon peaking and carbon neutrality” goals which has made a great contribution to tackling global climate change. As a very large economy that is advancing the modernization process，green transformation has become an important substance of Chinese modernization. It needs to find the optimal path under the dual constraints of economic growth goals and carbon neutrality goals. The most important thing is to promote green transformation in the fields of energy，industry，transportation and construction，and the role of green finance is indispensable. China’s green transformation has an important impact on global carbon neutrality，and strengthening international cooperation will promote the construction of a global climate governance system.
