当前，网络著作侵权现象严重，侵权举证难成为版权保护的关键问题。本文以全国首例区块链存证判决为契机，针对网络侵权审理电子证据固化、赔偿数额确定难点，分析电子证据的真实性、合法性、完整性，从电子证据入手，提出网络著作权保护路径：坚持区块链电子证据保护路径与一般电子证据保护路径并举，优化网络版权的保护路径。
At present，the phenomenon of network copyright infringement is serious，and the proof of infringement is difficult to become the key issue of copyright protection. This paper takes the first block chain certificate decision in China as an opportunity to analyze the authenticity，legality and integrity of electronic evidence in the light of the difficulties in fixing electronic evidence and determining the amount of compensation in the trial of network infringement. Starting with electronic evidence，it puts forward the path of network copyright protection： adhering to both the path of block chain electronic evidence protection and the path of general electronic evidence protection，and optimizing the path of network copyright protection.
