本报告对苏州市人工智能人才发展情况开展了深入的实践调研，并对人工智能人才供给和需求数据进行了深入分析。研究发现，苏州市人工智能人才结构不均衡，人工智能学科专业建设师资紧缺，人才培养财政资金支持力度需进一步加大。本报告建议加强人工智能高端人才储备库建设；优化师资结构，培养产业实际需要的人才；加大财政资金支持力度，优化人工智能人才培养环境。
We carried out a practical investigation and analyzed the supply and demand data of artificial intelligence talents of Suzhou. We found that the artificial intelligence talent structure is unbalanced，the teachers for the construction of artificial intelligence subjects are still scarce，and the financial support for talent training needs to be further increased. We proposed that Suzhou should strengthen the construction of an advanced artificial intelligence talent pool；optimize the structure of teachers，train talents needed by the industry；increase financial support and optimize the environment of artificial intelligence talent training.
