With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology，the application research of large models in the field of healthcare in the United States has shown a significant growth trend. The large model，with its excellent data processing and content understanding capabilities，provides new ways to improve the quality of medical services，accelerate disease treatment and prevention，and promotes innovation in the medical field. This report summarizes the application of large models in the field of healthcare in the United States，and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of combining large models with healthcare. Compared with the development of large models in the United States，there is a significant gap in the construction of Chinese medical datasets，diversity of base models，and integration with cutting-edge medical research in China. More resources need to be invested in the construction and maintenance of Chinese medical datasets，promoting the open source of large model research results，and continuously promoting cooperation between hospitals and large models research institutions in more medical fields.
