本报告基于官方统计数据和实际调查数据，对我国医学人工智能科研资金投入和科研课题立项方面进行了全面的统计、分析与综合评价。同时，以高校、科研机构和企业技术力量为研究对象，从科技论文产出和专利产出两个角度深入分析了当前我国医学人工智能领域的科技产出情况。在分析科技投入和产出状况的基础上，建立了针对我国医学院校和相关科研机构的医学人工智能科技投入和产出分析模型。此外，对我国医学人工智能领域人才培养与学科建设情况进行了统计分析，综合反映了我国医学人工智能领域的人才培养状况。利用科学计量与信息可视化方法对医学人工智能领域的研究文献进行处理，分析医学人工智能领域相关技术的发展脉络，并探测当前该领域的研究热点。
Based on official statistical data and actual survey data，a comprehensive statistical and evaluative analysis has been conducted on the funding investment and research project initiation in the field of medical artificial intelligence research in China. Simultaneously，focusing on higher education institutions，research institutions，and corporate technical capabilities，the current technological output in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China is thoroughly analyzed from the perspectives of scientific paper and patent production. Building upon the analysis of the current status of research investment and output，a model for analyzing the technological investment and output in the field of medical artificial intelligence for Chinese medical universities and related research institutions has been established. Additionally，a statistical analysis of talent cultivation and discipline construction in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China has been carried out，providing a comprehensive reflection of the current status of talent cultivation in this field. Finally，utilizing scientific measurement and information visualization methods，research literature in the field of medical artificial intelligence has been processed to analyze the technological development trends and detect the current research hotspots in this field.
