本文以官方统计数据和实际调查数据为基础，对我国医疗人工智能科研资金投入及承担相关科研课题进行统计与综合评价，分析我国在医疗人工智能领域的科技投入现状。同时以高等院校、科研机构和企业技术力量为研究对象，从学术论文产出和专利产出两个角度探索当前医疗人工智能领域的科技产出状况，从整体上反映我国在医疗人工智能领域的科技产出能力。
Based on official statistical data and actual survey data，this paper makes a statistics and comprehensive evaluation on the investment of medical artificial intelligence research funds and undertaking related research projects，and analyses the current situation of scientific and technological investment in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China. At the same time，taking the technical strength of universities，scientific research institutions and enterprises as the research objects，this paper explores the scientific and technological output ability in the field of the current medical artificial intelligence from the perspectives of academic papers output and patent output，and reflects the scientific and technological output ability in the field of medical artificial intelligence in China as a whole.
