人工智能是一门研究、开发用于模拟、延伸和扩展人的智能的理论、方法、技术及应用系统的新的技术科学。人工智能在医疗和卫生等众多领域被广泛应用。皮肤病的诊断依赖形态学的改变，皮肤影像技术能够给皮肤病的诊断提供重要的依据。近年来，皮肤科领域的人工智能研究和应用广泛开展起来，极大提高了皮肤病诊断水平，推动了皮肤病学的发展。本文旨在调查我国皮肤科医生对人工智能在皮肤科领域的相关认知情况，系统地展示我国皮肤科领域人工智能组织、研究项目、产品应用的现状并对未来的应用进行了展望。
Artificial intelligence（AI）is a new technical science that studies and develops theories，methods，technologies and application systems used to simulate，extend and expand human intelligence. AI is widely used in many fields，including medical and health care. The diagnosis of skin diseases depends on morphological changes，and skin imaging technology can provide important basis for the diagnosis of skin diseases. In recent years，AI research and application in the field of dermatology have been widely carried out to greatly improve the level of diagnosis of skin diseases and promote the development of dermatology. This study aims to investigate Chinese dermatologists’ cognition of AI in the dermatology field，and systematically demonstrate the organization，research projects，current application of products and prospects of future application of artificial intelligence in the field of dermatology in China.
