General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important concept of “new quality productive forces”，which triggered a revolution and innovation in the field of Marxist political economy. The development of new quality productive forces points to the strategic direction for high-standard openness，and high-standard openness can create a favorable international environment for the development of new quality productive forces. The China International Import Expo（CIIE）has become a “boosting agent” for the development of new quality productive forces in China and the world，through the five paths of “incentives for innovation，optimization of production factors，expansion of market，industrial upgrading，institutional openness.” Practice has proved that the previous six sessions of the CIIE have played a significant role in stimulating technological innovation，optimizing the allocation of global high-end factors，and cultivating high-end industrial systems. To sustainably leverage the “CIIE effect，” it is suggested to further target high-tech frontier sectors for exhibition，pay more attention to emerging international trade drivers，and further optimize the trade partner structure，in order to better empower the development of new quality productive forces. The report provides comprehensive suggestions for the development of new quality productive forces.
