The development of digital government in China continues to enhance service quality，with many provinces and cities addressing security and efficiency challenges in data circulation through blockchain technology. However，as social governance functions evolve，and within the framework of a service-oriented governance model，government services centered around “people” urgently require cross-application security supervision and more intelligent and efficient interactive experiences. Therefore，on one hand，it is essential to achieve the secure and reliable circulation of data in administrative approvals and application supervision through “e-governance supervision” to ensure both safety and efficiency. On the other hand，the integration of technologies such as artificial intelligence and human-machine IoT has raised the intelligence level of government systems，making public services not only more intellectual but also warmer and more empathetic. This report analyzes the application cases of Web 3.0 in areas such as examine and approve management linkage，smart companionship for the elderly，and cloud talent chains. We also discusses how these technological trends are optimizing government experiences，improving efficiency，and promoting the transformation of government services from traditional experience-based human service to data analysis-driven human-computer interaction.
