Decentralized identity technology provides conditions for the development of Web 3.0 by realizing the autonomous management of personal identity and data. The core of decentralized identity technology includes decentralized identifiers（DIDs），verifiable credentials，and distributed key management. Unlike the traditional reliance on centralized institutions for identity management and maintenance，it supports a new decentralized identity management framework based on distributed ledgers and cryptography components. Interoperability is the key to the implementation of decentralized identity systems，which includes unifying key implementation standards，facilitating open-source adoption of core components，and promoting trusted governance of decentralized identity. With the rise of digital applications，distributed digital identity technology will play an important role in building a user-centric，secure and trustworthy new generation of Internet.
