It uses the decentralized and tamper-proof characteristics of blockchain to establish a digital network trust system，and promotes the value release of data elements through efficient and secure data circulation mechanisms. As the main force in the development of Web 3.0，China focuses on empowering the real economy，promoting the deep integration of the first，second，and third industries with the digital economy，and leading the transformation of production methods through industrial digitalization.
