随着深度学习模型和算法的不断改进与优化，以大模型为代表的人工智能内容生成技术飞速发展。大模型的技术核心包括数据、算法和算力三大要素，高质量数据、多样高效算法和强大算力是提升内容生成质量的关键。大模型通过提升表达、学习及泛化能力，实现了文本、图像、视频、音频等多模态内容的高质量生成，但仍然面临伦理安全、版权、隐私保护等诸多挑战。本文通过案例展示了大模型技术如何助力智能体实践、文本生成、图片生成、视频生成、3D生成等任务落地。展望未来，随着大模型技术和产业链的进一步成熟，人工智能内容生成技术将持续推动各行业的智能化转型，为社会发展带来更多机遇。
With the continuous improvement and optimization of deep learning models and algoriWith the continuous improvement and optimization of deep learning models and algorithms，AIGC technology，represented by large models，has been developing rapidly.The core technologies of large models include three key elements：data，algorithms，and computing power.High-quality data，diverse algorithms，and robust computing power are crucial for enhancing the quality of content generation.By improving their expressive，learning，and generalization capabilities，large models have achieved high-quality generation of multi-modal content such as text，images，audio，and video. However，we still face numerous challenges，including ethical safety，copyright，and privacy protection.This review presents case studies demonstrating how large model technology supports the practical implementation of tasks such as intelligent agents，text generation，image generation，3D generation and multi-modal generation.Looking ahead，as large model technology and the industry chain continue to mature，AI content generation will further drive the intelligent transformation of various industries，bringing more opportunities for societal development.
