东盟已连续多年成为我国最大的贸易伙伴，也是我国高质量共建“一带一路”的重点地区。本报告对东盟成员国中具有代表性的菲律宾、印度尼西亚、越南3个国家的特殊经济功能区建设情况进行了梳理，并对其中具有代表性的园区或港区的建设发展经验进行了着重介绍，最后分析了这些建设发展经验对我国自贸试验区发展的启示和借鉴意义。
China and ASEAN have been each other’s largest trading partners for many years. ASEAN countries are also key to China’s high-quality construction of the “Belt and Road Initiative”. This chapter introduces the special economic zones or free trade zones in the Philippines，Indonesia and Vietnam，and looks into the history and development of the most significant zones or ports in these countries. Finally，this chapter summarizes the key takeaway and implications from these special economic zones that are valuable for the development China’s Pilot Free Trade Zones.
