在推进“一带一路”倡议的大背景下，对华关系是中国同其他国家开展合作和促进交流的基础，在对外投资过程中具有“一票否决权”的作用。本报告以2010～2020年各国对华关系安全得分为基础，分析了79个“一带一路”共建国家对华关系安全的格局和演变态势，并以事实为依据，从双边政治、双边经贸、双边人文等角度，详细分析和解释了各区域国别的对华关系安全状况。研究发现，从空间上看，2020年东北亚对华关系安全水平较高，北美洲对华关系安全水平较低；从时间上看，对华关系安全水平在11年内总体呈现上升的趋势。各区域国别的对华关系安全表现出较大差异。最后，本报告从对接东道国发展战略、机制化建设、多元手段促进政治互信、增加对华关系决策权重等角度提出了对华关系安全提升的合理建议。
Under the background of promoting the “Belt and Road” Initiative，relations with China are the basis for cooperation and exchanges between China and other countries，and play the role of “one-vote veto” in the process of foreign investment. Based on the security scores of countries’ relations with China from 2010 to 2020，this paper analyzes the pattern and evolution of the security of 79 countries under the “Belt and Road” Initiative with China. And based on facts，it analyzes and explains in detail the security situation of relations with China in each region and country from the perspectives of bilateral politics，bilateral economy and trade，and bilateral humanities. The results show that，from a spatial point of view，the security level of relations with China in Northeast Asia is relatively high in 2020，while that of relations with China in North America is relatively low；from a time point of view，the security level of relations with China has generally shown an upward trend in the past 11 years. There are great differences in the security of relations with China among countries in different regions. Finally，this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for improving the security of China-China relations from the perspectives of the host country’s development strategy，the construction of bilateral mechanisms between governments，the political mutual trust，and the decision-making weight of relations with China.
