Since 2023，China’s electronic information and photovoltaic enterprises have accelerated their layout in Vietnam，Vietnam has maintained its trend of attracting international investment，and its trade orders for export to Europe and the United States have declined. Vietnam attracts international manufacturing migration mainly because it has the advantages of bordering China and being adjacent to the sea，the tariff cost advantage of signing free trade agreements with major economies in the world，the production cost advantage of attracting international investment，and the advantage of stable and continuously optimized policy environment. Judging from the future，China-Vietnam economic and trade cooperation is more than competition. In order to effectively respond to manufacturing migration，China should deepen the cooperation degree of China-Vietnam manufacturing industry chain and supply chain，strengthen the tracking of international manufacturing migration trends，and actively expand multilateral international cooperation relations.
