本研究以制造业产业链迁移为研究视角，在分析我国制造业产业链迁移的原因、动向和影响的基础上，构建了制造业产业链迁移评价指标体系。具体包括迁移动向、迁移影响和迁移风险3项一级指标，投资动向、贸易结构、经济运行、出口管制、发达国家制造业回流、潜在迁入地吸引力6项二级指标，以及龙头企业投资意愿、美国制造业回流指数等13项三级指标。旨在通过多维指标体系的构建，为制造业产业链迁移规模评估和风险研判提供有价值的参考。
To construct a clear judgment of industrial chain migration and industrial chain risk evaluation paradigm，thispaper from migration perspective reseach the reasons，trends and impacts of migration. This paper build the industrial chain migration evaluation model，under this framework，can comprehensive assessment of China’s manufacturing industry and risk，the manufacturing migration trend，migration and migration risk identified as first-level indicator，including six secondary indicators such as investment trends，trade structure，econmic operation，export controls，manufacturing reshoring in developed counties，and attraction of potential inbound destinations，and thirteen tertiary indicators including attraction to foreign merchants，industvial expansion abroad，and investment willingness of leading enterprises.
